These papers comprise a key step in SBTi’s ongoing process to update its Corporate Net Zero Standard to keep up with the latest science and industry trends. It included two publications: 1) a discussion paper on Scope 3 (supply chain) emissions target setting, and 2) an assessment of submitted evidence on how effective carbon credits are for corporate climate targets. This report provides answers to key questions about this announcement and a summary of each publication.
